We almost always dispatch within two working days on a 24 or 48 hour service. If we expect an order to take longer than five working days to dispatch, we contact you straight away. Single-item orders usually travel with Royal Mail; larger orders with Parcelforce, with tracking by text and email.
We pack all our orders in outer boxes that are 100% recyclable. There may be compostable packing peanuts to protect items. These dissolve in water and are harmless to the environment.
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and pick up from the gift shop in opening hours, Tuesday to Sunday.
Add a note at checkout with your preferred date and we will do our best, although we cannot guarantee Saturday, Sunday or Monday arrivals. In the Christmas rush, please give us a preferred week rather than a day.
At checkout you can enter a separate delivery address to send straight to the recipient. The delivery note inside the parcel never shows prices. We cannot split one order across several addresses; please place a separate order for each.
Due to courier costs and tax implications with alcohol, we are unable to deliver outside the UK. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isles of Scilly is available at checkout where couriers allow.
Email enquiries@celticwines.co.uk with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.
