Coordinates events and packs every parcel that leaves the winery. Skilled at keeping the peace.

Looks after the accounts, glued to a screen and typing at the speed of light.

Founded Celtic Country Wines in 1989 with a lifetime's passion for homemade fruit wine. His vision lives on in every bottle the family makes.

Makes the wines, liqueurs and preserves. Product production and the winery's Swiss Army knife.

Handles marketing and media enquiries. Usually found working incredibly hard in the office.

Runs the on-site plant nursery and garden centre. Largely absent, usually in one of the polytunnels, and a master taster.

Helps cars into the car park. Skills: barking.
