Founded Celtic Country Wines in 1989 with a lifetime's passion for homemade fruit wine. Now semi-retired, offering advice, guidance and sipping tea.

Makes the wines, liqueurs and preserves. Product production and the winery's Swiss Army knife.

Handles marketing and media enquiries. Usually found working incredibly hard in the office.

Runs the on-site plant nursery and garden centre. Largely absent, usually in one of the polytunnels, and a master taster.

Helps cars into the car park. Skills: barking.
